Q: Can the machine make a slushie from a mix of Coconut Milk and Coffee?

A: Yes, it can. As with any slushy, as long as the sugar content is somewhere between 11 and 14% (Brix Level), then all these models are very capable. You can use a Brix Refractometer to measure sugar prior to freezing it.
