The unit comes fully equipped with (16) 1/6-size stainless steel food pans and a full-length cutting board, allowing for maximum ingredient variety on the line.

• 100% Copper Evaporator: Unlike standard aluminum coils, this unit features a pure copper evaporator. Copper offers superior thermal conductivity for faster temperature recovery and provides maximum resistance to the acidic corrosion common in food prep environments, ensuring a 10+ year lifespan.
• Consistent Ingredient Cooling: Powered by a robust 1/3 HP compressor and digital controller, it maintains 33°F - 41°F. The forced-air system circulates cold air around the pan rail to keep toppings fresh and safe.
• Ready-to-Use Configuration: Includes a full set of 16 food pans for ingredient sorting and a 60-inch x 12.1-inch polyethylene cutting board that spans the full width of the unit.

• 30-Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days for items in new condition and original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to commercial addresses and 30% to residential addresses. The customer is responsible for return freight costs.
• Pro Warranty: 6-year compressor warranty and 2-year on-site parts & labor maintenance service (Applies to both Commercial and Residential addresses).
